2023 China Bicycle Show Showcases 1050g Next Generation Metal Frame

United Wheels, United Weir Group, together with ALLITE super rare earth magnesium alloy and FuturuX Pioneer Manufacturing Group, appeared at the 31 China International Bicycle Show in 2023. UW and Weir Group are leading their VAAST Bikes and BATCH Bicycles to participate in the exhibition. VAAST Bikes and ALLITE AE81 super rare earth magnesium alloy materials bring 1050g of mass-produced next-generation metal road frames to everyone.

VAAST is based on the allite AE81 super rare earth magnesium alloy, providing a new choice for Chinese consumers with its lightweight, high-quality, and environmentally friendly characteristics. The prototype frame displayed at this Shanghai exhibition represents the entry of the 1kg era in mass production metal frames, and is also the first Chinese debut of ALLITE super rare earth magnesium alloy as a next-generation frame metal.

BATCH Bicycle brings a brand new car model to everyone with its simple product concept of “ordinary cars made for ordinary people”. BATCH Road, BATCH Gravel, BATCH MTB Mountain, and BATCH Urban Urban. BATCH, which emphasizes a sense of design and lifestyle, will continue to bring more convenient product experiences to everyone, just like BATCH China’s Solgan: BATCH, making cycling easier!

This allite also brought wheels made of “next-generation” magnesium alloy, with road wheels weighing up to 370g and Gravel wheels weighing up to 405g. This weight comparable to carbon fiber wheels is truly amazing. The finished wheel set provided by ALLITE on site also weighs up to 1350g. And this once again confirms the title of “next-generation metal” for super rare earth magnesium alloys.

FuturuX Pioneer Manufacturing Group is also on display alongside United Wheels, Will Group, and ALLITE Super Rare Earth Magnesium Alloy. FX Pioneer Manufacturing Group also brought multiple E-Bike models to the booth, demonstrating its strong OEM manufacturing capabilities and development foundation.
