2. Metal tantalum oxidation method: dissolve metal tantalum flakes in nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid mixed acid, extract and purify, precipitate tantalum hydroxide with ammonia water, wash with water, dry, burn and grind finely to obtain tantalum pentoxide finished product.

In case of fire, water, sand and fire extinguishers can be used to extinguish the fire. Toxicity and Protection: Dust can irritate the mucous membrane of the respiratory tract, and long-term exposure to dust can easily cause pneumoconiosis. The maximum allowable concentration of tantalum oxide is 10mg/m3. When working in an environment with high dust content, it is necessary to wear a gas mask, to prevent the emission of oxide dust, and to mechanize and seal the crushing and packaging processes.
